A day exercise done to lose ,gain and balance weight.
Sometime you are drawn in thought ,"how much I should exercise in day 🤔🤔"
We can exanine how much exercise is
done in a single day. As this is not exact way thus we can calculate it with how
much calorie is lost . A normal person loose 2000 calorie in a day by not performing single task .(7700 calorie is equal to 1 kg ).
But you can gain calorie if you eat food .
I donot mean that you should quit eating
for weight loss. You should plan how much exercise and consumption should
you do to lose gain or maintain your weight..
I will highlights the list of exercise of how much calorie is burnt in a day in another post.
